Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or promotional events.
International Shipping
At this time, Southern Children ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Delayed orders
If delivery of your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or increased order volumes.
