At Southern Children, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

 

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Final sale items

  • Underwear, socks, or accessories marked as non-returnable

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
