A lifelong dream of the female enterpreneur, Southern Children seeks to reach beyond its limited boundaries of its community and offer its fine lines of children's clothing to those who appreciate conservative and traditional styles for children. Shipping Information: Items will be shipped as soon as possible from when they are ordered using USPS Priority Mail. Priority mail shipments should be received in 2-3 days from date of shipping notice. We provide tracking numbers so that you may track the status of your shipments arrival.

We do not ship to third party freight companies.

To process orders, your billing address, zip code, and CVV code must match the credit card companies records. Those not matching will be assumed fraudulent and will not be processed.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: For online website purchases and telephone shipment orders, items may be returned in the original condition with a copy of the receipt within 30 days for refund of product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. There will be a 5% restocking fee for all returns to cover the processing fee of our credit card terminal. If item or items cost more to ship than was originally charged, the difference will be deducted from refund as well. These policies apply to our online website and telephone shipment orders only, and not in-store purchases.

For in-store purchases (purchases made in-store and taken by purchaser from store), the store policies differ than listed above for online website orders and telephone shipment orders. Store purchases are for exchange or store credit ONLY (cash, check, or charge transactions). Merchandise for return MUST be accompanied by store receipt within a MAXIMUM of 60 days from date of purchase, or 7 days on sale items for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY, and at the discretion of management.

Holiday items may not be returned after the holiday. For example, Christmas themed outfits/items received at Southern Children after December 20 will not be refunded or exchanged and will be shipped back to the purchaser at their expense. No exceptions...includes all online orders, telephone shipment orders, and in-store purchases.

Any item returned for exchange or refund must be the original item shipped and in the original condition in which it was shipped by Southern Children; otherwise, it will be returned to the purchaser without exchange or refund. Southern Children does not exchange or refund items purchased elsewhere.

Southern Children will not be responsible for any cleaning results. We do not recommend the use of harsh cleaning agents. Fabrics may bleed with use. Southern Children will not be responsible for drycleaners errors, nor be responsible for any personal cleaning, as these are not considered manufacturer's defects. Our manufacturers only accept goods back as a result of a defect caused by them.

As a sole proprietorship business, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
